Content Policy

Vent My Life turns everyday frustrations into cultural retorts and comic images or short videos. It is meant to be funny, sharp, and family-friendly. Comebacks can have bite; they should not cause harm.

Do not use the App to create content that is, or appears to be, any of the following:

• Hateful or harassing — attacks or demeans people based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, caste, disability, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, or age; or targets a specific person for abuse.
• Sexual or suggestive — nudity, sexual acts, or sexualised depictions of anyone.
• Violent or threatening — threats, incitement to violence, or glorification of harm.
• Disturbing or graphic — gore, cruelty, self-harm, or content designed to shock.
• Involving minors — depictions of children in any unsafe, sexualised, or demeaning context. This rule is absolute and reports in this category are prioritised.
• Real people's likeness — recognisable depictions of real, identifiable individuals, including public figures.
• Copyrighted characters or brands — protected characters, logos, or brand imagery.
• Deceptively realistic — content presented so as to be mistaken for a real photograph, event, or statement.
• Illegal or dangerous — anything unlawful, or instructions and encouragement for dangerous acts.

Three layers:

1. Automated filters. Every generation request passes safety filters before an image or video is produced. Requests that trip a filter are refused, and the credits charged for them are returned automatically.

2. Logging. Every generation is recorded server-side with the prompt, the selected retort and style, and the resulting media, so any report can be reviewed against what was actually produced.

3. Reports and review. Any result can be reported from the result screen. Reports are queued for human review. Where a report is upheld we may remove the content, suspend or terminate the account, and void credits obtained through abuse. Serious cases — in particular anything involving minors — may be reported to the relevant authorities.

On any result, tap ⚑ report, choose the category that fits, and add a note if it helps. Reports are tied to your Pi account so we can follow up and so the reporting channel itself cannot be abused. You can also write to jaytayeldev@gmail.com.

Images and videos are produced by AI from your prompt and chosen style. Output can be unpredictable and occasionally wrong or odd. That alone is not a policy violation — but if something crosses one of the lines above, please report it. Reports about quality (results that simply did not match the prompt) are welcome too and help improve the app.

You are responsible for what you generate and for what you do with it afterwards. Content saved from the App and shared elsewhere remains subject to these rules and to the Terms of Service. See also the Privacy Policy.
